Amy Is A Public NME?

Amy Winehouse could end up as one of the biggest losers at this year's NME Awards.

She's been nominated for Villain of the Year alongside Prime Minister Gordon Brown, his predecessor Tony Blair and US President George W Bush.

But she is also in the running for Best Solo Artist and Best Music DVD.

Arctic Monkeys are set to dominate - they've picked up a record 7 nominations.

The winners will be announced on February 28.
