Well did the earth move for you???  We were absolutely inundated with calls and texts this morning from people taking about the earthquake....still seems a really odd sentence to type!  WHat made laugh was the different things people though it was, from a jumbo crash landing, Aliens landing!!, snoring, ghosts, pets trapped in cupboards, burglars and my favourite, a fat dog scratching on the bed to make it shake!!!  I'm actually quite upset as I quite enjoyed the Dudley one a few years ago and feel a bit left out that I simply slept all the way through!

A quick update on my bad dad situation while I'm here.  The other day on air I told the story about our eldest Jack asking lots of questions recently.  My view is we should reward his inquiring mind with answers - so when he asked about the Devil and Darth vader, I duly did a youtube search to enlighten him.  This turned out to be unwise as it was 6.30 PM and he subsequently went to bed with his 5 year old head full of vivid images of nasty people.  As a result, I was blamed for his lack of sleep that night.  However I've just found out that his 3 year brother Jacob was allowed earlier on to watch the film '8 legged freaks'.  This surely is the same thing and leads me to the conclusion that as well as bad dads, there also exists bad mums too!
