Britney Spears wants to spend more time with her two sons.
She’s got her lawyer to file an emergency court motion asking for a judge to okay expanded visitation rights
However Kevin Federline’s legal team have already said they will oppose the bid.
His lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has been quoted as saying: "I don't see any emergency or any new facts."
"We are going to oppose this."
There will be a special hearing in a Los Angeles court on Thursday to discuss the motion although Kevin – who has custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston – will not be there.
Meanwhile, the release of Britney’s new CD Blackout has been brought forward.
Her record company, Jive, are blaming internet leaks for the album being shifted two weeks earlier.
It will now hit shelves on October 30.
