Britney's Manager Restrained

Britney Spears' self-styled manager Sam Lutfi has been handed a restraining order and told to stay away from the singer.

It was served on Thursday when a judge ordered him to stay at least 250 yards away from her.

It also bans him from communicating with her in any way.

Sam has been 26-year-old Britney’s constant companion over the last few months as she repeatedly displayed bizarre behaviour and was twice admitted to hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
