Fearne Drops Drink For Good

TV presenter Fearne Cotton has turned teetotal.

And it's not just a New Year's resolution - the 26-year-old gave up alcohol three months ago and says she has never felt better.

She’s told Company magazine: "I wasn't a big drinker before so I found it quite easy to give up completely - and now I feel bloody brilliant."
 
And she would love to give troubled star Britney Spears some help cleaning up her act.

Fearne revealed: "I feel sorry for her - the old trout lips and no hair!"

"I do want her to get better. She could come and live with me and be sober forever. She needs Mama Cotton to look after her."

While she has given up the alcohol, she won't be changing what she eats, adding: "I've seen pop stars on really strict diets and you can't help but wonder how they do it. I find it so sad. I'd rather be happy and have a little pot belly than be skinny and miserable."
