House Spin Off Planned

A spin off of top US TV medical show House is on the cards.

The hospital set drama has made a huge star out of British actor Hugh Laurie in the States.

According to TV Guide the quietly developed spin off is already being slated to hit screens over there as soon as next season.

A new male character, who'll have a multi-episode storyline, is being introduced and if the actor cast makes the role 'work', then chances are good that said new male will get the lead in the new show!

However, the new character won't be a doc… he's going to be a private investigator!
