A powerful yet understated performance from the under-rated Emile Hirsch is one of the few must-see performances of the last 18 months. Superb support from Marcia Gay Harden and William Hurt will have you glue to the screen. It’s a slow burning film – which is just right for this type of movie – but never the less you will be captivated from start to finish.
