Kate's Marriage Officially Over

Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson are officially divorced.

The papers were signed off by an Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Thursday.

That means they six year marriage is now over.
The actress and the Black Crowes rocker tied the knot in Colorado on New Year's Eve in 2000.

Both Kate – who has since dated troubled Hollywood star Owen Wilson – and Chris have asked for shared custody over their three-year-old son, Ryder.
