Nicole's Drinking Help

Nicole Richie’s been getting help with her booze issues.

The reality TV star – who is six months pregnant - has signed up for an anti-drinking education program.

People magazine in the US says that papers filed with the Superior Court of California show she’s agreed to take part in a 18-month anti-drinking driver course.

Known as the SB 38 Alcohol Program, it’s for people who have been convicted of DUI on more than one occasion within a 7-year period.

This is all because of Nicole being arrested last December for driving the wrong way down Southern California's Highway 134.

This July, she was sentenced to four days in jail – but only served 82 minutes - and fined $2,048.
