Is it any good? Who is picking Scarlett Johansson’s roles these days? This film is based on the bestselling book of the same name but somehow it’s lost all of its passion and almost all it’s character. Scarlett is boring, Laura Linney is wasted, Paul Giamatti just barks his way through the movie and you end up not really caring about any of the characters in the slightest. Sadly, it’s got no heart and it’s so dry it could be cardboard. A real shame as it could have been really sweet with a touch of spice.
