Despite Britney Spears' erratic behaviour, most people think the troubled pop star should be allowed to see her two sons a few times a week.
However, the people who took part in the survey by Reuters think it should be under supervision and ex-husband Kevin Federline should retains overall custody.
26-year-old Britney lost custody of her children last year after a series of strange episodes in the wake of splitting from K-Fed including being photographed without underwear, shaving her head, and attacking a car with an umbrella.
However, 26 percent of those questioned in the survey believe she should not be allowed to see her children at all.
Meanwhile, Britney has been photographed shopping for a pregnancy test at a local Rite Aid store – that’s a chain of chemists - in Studio City, California.
Photos show the mum-of-two and her new boyfriend, 35-year-old photographer Adnan Ghalib, at the store together, and Spears scanning the shelves of testing kits.
