Mickey's Arrested On Scooter

80s heart throb Mickey Rourke has been arrested in Miami on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The actor - who is best known for role in movies including Diner, 9 1/2 Weeks and Sin City - was released on a $1,000 bond.

Miami Beach Police claim Mickey made a U-turn with a red light and then swerved several times while on a green scooter.

The reports also claims the 51-year-old had a flushed face and bloodshot, watery eyes, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odour of alcohol on his breath.
