Britney Spears is going to be watched over like a hawk when she gets to spend time with her kids for the foreseeable.
Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon granted the 25-year-old singer some visitation rights to let her see her sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, who is one.
However the visits will be closely watched by a court appointed monitor.
He added that the visits will be cut short if the monitor decides any of her behaviour or actions endanger the children.
Earlier this week, Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline – or to use his rap name, K-Fed - received temporary custody of the children.
Britney’s also been told to complete at least three individual counselling sessions by the next hearing on October 26.
On the upside, her new song, Gimme More, has topped Billboard's Hot Digital Songs with 179,000 downloads, and jumped from number 68 to number 3 on Billboard's Hot 100.
