Gwyneth: Something Borrowed

Gwyneth Paltrow apparently had to borrow a dress for Beyoncé’s wedding to her longtime boyfriend Jay-Z.

The couple apparently tied the knot in secret in New York last weekend… although they’ve actually yet to confirm they do swap vows.

She asked top designer Proenza Schouler if she could have a bone silk mini dress with full sleeves for a few hours – of course, the answer was yes.

An insider for the designer’s told People magazine in the US: "It was arranged last minute."

"We just knew it was for a private event. No one knew about the wedding until day of."

The frock was a sample from the fall/winter 2008 collection and is not yet in stores.
