Emma Is Best Actress

Emma Watson’s been named Nickelodeon's Best Movie Actress – they awards are kind of like the Oscars for kids.

Sunday’s ceremony was the first for the cable and satellite TV show outide of the US.

The 17-year-old Harry Potter star – who beat Cameron Diaz, Dakota Fanning and Keira Knightley to go home with the trophy -  told fans: "This is so cool. I'm so thrilled."

They didn’t turn up, however High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale won Best TV Actor and Actress.

The Greenie Award - created to encourage kids to recycle - was accepted by Nancy Drew's Emma Roberts - Julia Roberts’ niece - who pledged to become more environmentally conscious.
