Think you have an eye for fashion? Now is your chance to prove it! We've teamed up with Style Birmingham to hunt for Birmingham's Most Stylish person!

The inaugural Style Awards will be held on 1st November 2007 at The MacDonald Burlington. Celebrating all that is city-chic, this is your chance to have a say in who wins! But it's not just about shopping, we want to know where you think is the most stylish venue in the city and who are the city's style icons.

As part of this, the person judged to be most fashionable by Heart will be invited the exclusive VIP invitation only awards, where they will be crowned the winner.

Entering couldn't be easier - just choose a photograph of yourself looking your stylish best, and tell us:

a) In your opinion, what makes Birmingham so stylish?
b) Why should you be crowned Heart's most stylish male or female? 

You will also need to provide us with your:
